Agents paid to keep me from exposing crimes committed by their client (s)

The dirty work necessitated by the greedy impulses of the individuals named here as Persons of Interest, are carried out by employees.  These more menial folks carry out the slanders, libeling, threats, mis-directions and other carefully thought out means used to protect the ill-gotten gains of the, ahem, Self-Elected Elites. This page is provided so you can keep the list of 'participants' straight.

It was difficult sometimes to pin down one 'client' for some of these folks, so it is well to follow the Narrative, available HERE.

The task of keeping it all straight was made easier when I realized most of the acts which knitted the story together could be traced back to one individual.  Let me now introduce

Morgan Pillsbury Gell - For herself, Craig Franklin, John Fund.  May also have been compensated by other of Craig and Fund's co-conspirators.  Morgan is the nexus for all of the action, as you will see.

Here is an understandable explanation of 'conspiracy.'

An agreement between two or more persons to engage jointly in an unlawful or criminal act, or an act that is innocent in itself but becomes unlawful when done by the combination of actors.
Conspiracy is governed by statute in federal courts and most state courts. Before its Codification in state and federal statutes, the crime of conspiracy was simply an agreement to engage in an unlawful act with the intent to carry out the act.Federal statutes, and many state statutes, now require not only agreement and intent but also the commission of an Overt Act in furtherance of the agreement.
Conspiracy is a crime separate from the criminal act for which it is developed. For example, one who conspires with another to commit Burglary and in fact commits the burglary can be charged with both conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary.

Conspiracy is an inchoate, or preparatory, crime. It is similar to solicitation in that both crimes are committed by manifesting an intent to engage in a criminal act. It differs from solicitation in that conspiracy requires an agree-ment between two or more persons, whereas solicitation can be committed by one person alone.  MORE

As you read the definition of 'conspiracy' above you will see their scheme was, from the first moment, a conspiracy.

They have continued to scheme to this very day and caused grave bodily damage to myself and my son.  At times, we felt like the Roadrunner being pursued by Coyote. We can tell you from experience it might look like a lot of fun for Roadrunner but not so much for us.

For Dan O;Dowd, Amy Chang O'Dowd, Green Hills Software, Inc. & Craig Franklin

As the plan initiated by Dan O'Dowd & Craig Franklin to steal Green Hills Software, Inc., from its Venture Capital Partner, Glenn Hightower, evolved, further agents became necessary to carry out what they, themselves, called, the"Throw Momma From the Train Strategy."

All of them, agents and clients alike, engaged in a conspiracy.

Melinda learned this from Morgan, who has been part of Craig's support system, paid $5,000 a month to slander, libel and otherwise pile on the pressure during the divorce since late 1997.  It was her only regular, paying job until recently, when she got a job at Walmart in King's Mountain, North Carolina.
